We're seeking an experienced, people focused leader to guide our Campus Services function and help create safe welcoming and high performing environments for our students, employees and visitors.
As the Team Leader Campus Services, you'll play a key role in ensuring our campuses operate smoothly every day. Working within our Facilities team, you'll lead a team of four and partner closely with internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers to deliver exceptional campus services.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team, influence campus operations across multiple campuses and bring fresh thinking to service delivery. You'll bring a commercial mindset and help shape efficient, customer focused services across our campuses. Regular travel between campuses will see you engaging with teams and stakeholders to ensure our campuses remain safe, well-presented, fully functional and ready to support exceptional learning and working experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coach the Campus Services team to deliver responsive, customer focused services across campuses.
- Manage key service contracts including cleaning, pest control, waste management, hygiene services and related campus operations.
- Monitor contractor performance through KPI and SLA management, governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinating space allocation, office moves, relocations and campus change activities while building strong stakeholder relationships.

About You:
You’re a collaborative and engaging leader who enjoys empowering others to succeed. You bring robust facilities and leadership experience; you understand how to balance customer needs with business outcomes and thrive in complex stakeholder environments. You're equally comfortable leading people, managing contracts and identifying opportunities to improve services.
You'll bring:
- Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams. You bring a strong understanding of succession planning and a commitment to developing talent for long-term success.
- Demonstrated success in managing contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring service delivery meets KPI expectations while overseeing all stages of the contract lifecycle.
- Skilled in coordinating inter-campus moves and office relocations, with experience supporting large-scale organisational change initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to build trusted relationships.
- A commercial mindset with experience driving continuous improvement.
- Experience in a State Government organisation.
- Qualifications in Facilities Management and/or Project Management.

Salary Range:
PACCT Level 8 - $115,090 - $122,079 + Superannuation
