About the Position
As a Lecturer in Audiology, you will contribute to the development, delivery and coordination of high-quality Audiology and related programs across the Faculty of Health. You will create engaging and innovative learning experiences across on-campus and adaptable delivery modes, support curriculum development and accreditation, and contribute to positive student outcomes.

You will also build a strong research profile through high-quality publications, research funding and postgraduate supervision, while developing collaborative relationships with industry, government, professional bodies and partner universities. You will provide academic leadership, mentor developing academics, and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the Audiology discipline, Faculty and University.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

- Post-graduate qualification in a related field with extensive relevant experience.
- Extensive Clinical Experience in Audiology with a contribution to the growth of the profession and a willingness to embrace the knowledge, skills and ideals of practice in rural and remote areas.
- Current Accredited Audiologist status with Audiology Australia or ability to obtain this within 12 months of appointment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in the development of appropriate courses, units and programs for in person, hybrid and on-line delivery.
- Demonstrated commitment to the University values, supporting the University's commitment to the principles of reconciliation, which exemplify respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage and the valuing of justice and equity for all Australians
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with well-developed time management and organisational skills.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at HE Academic Level B. The base salary will be in the range of $116,429 - $137,659 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $136,221 - $161,061 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
