As a Retail Assistant at Supp Society, you'll be at the heart of the in-store experience - delivering friendly, knowledgeable service that helps customers make confident choices about their health and performance supplements.

From keeping the store clean, organised, and looking its best, to sharing your product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for wellness, you'll bring energy and expertise to every customer interaction. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

Quallifications & Certifications

- Product training in sports supplements or nutraceuticals (Preferred but not essential)

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

- 1–2 years' experience in retail, customer service, or a health-related sales environment preferred
- Previous experience in the supplement, fitness, or wellness industry is highly regarded
- Basic understanding of sports nutrition, wellness supplements, and fitness-related products
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and general retail operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Sales-driven approach with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- High attention to detail in merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience

- Greet and engage customers with a friendly, knowledgeable, and consultative approach
- Provide personalised product recommendations based on individual goals, preferences, and health needs




- Foster customer loyalty through exceptional service and meaningful in-store interactions

Sales & Product Knowledge

- Maintain strong knowledge of supplement products, including key benefits, recommended usage, and general product information.
- Effectively upsell and cross-sell products to support customer outcomes and drive sales
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets

Store Operations

- Support stock replenishment, inventory control, and adherence to visual merchandising standards
- Accurately process transactions using POS systems, including EFTPOS and cash handling
- Assist with store opening, closing, and general upkeep to ensure a clean and organised environment

Health & Safety

- Comply with all company hygiene, safety, and regulatory procedures
- Maintain a safe and tidy workspace in line with OH&S; standards
