We're currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a highly reputable and growing Tier 3 building contractor.

The Opportunity
You'll be joining an established and financially secure builder with a strong pipeline of upcoming work, delivering a diverse range of projects valued between $5M and $60M.
You'll work closely with an experienced Project Manager and wider project team, taking ownership of the commercial and contractual administration of your projects from procurement through to completion.
The business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and maintaining long-standing relationships with clients and subcontractors.

About You
We're looking for a Contracts Administrator with experience working for a commercial building contractor who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
- Experience working on projects from approximately $5M+
- Robust understanding of contracts, procurement, variations, progress claims and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A commercial mindset and the ability to build strong relationships
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
