We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to provide technical and architectural leadership across a large enterprise Microsoft 365 information and records management workplace.
The role will focus on the ongoing architecture and evolution of a platform incorporating SharePoint Online, Records365 and Orchestry. You will review the current environment, define future solution architecture and ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, compliant and supportable.
Key responsibilities:
• Review the existing SharePoint Online, Records365 and Orchestry environment
• Develop conceptual, logical and technical solution architecture
• Define security models and architecture standards
• Lead architecture for platform enhancements and new initiatives
• Support integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure and enterprise applications
• Provide architecture direction across information governance, records management, retention and compliance
• Help define the future governance, support and operating model for the platform
We are looking for:
• Extensive Solution Architecture experience within complex enterprise environments
• Strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 architecture experience
• Enterprise records management, eDRMS or information management experience
• Records365 experience or strong exposure to comparable records management platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, information governance, retention and compliance
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure and Power Platform
• Experience with information architecture, taxonomy, security and access management
• Government or highly regulated enterprise experience highly regarded
• Orchestry experience highly regarded
