The exciting opportunity

- Permanent part-time role working 30 hours a fortnight
- Based at our 77-bed Sir James Terrace aged care home in Deception Bay
- Support smooth kitchen operations to ensure residents have a positive dining experience
- Assist with the food preparation of nutritious meals that meet individual dietary needs and choices
- Maintain a protected and hygienic environment through cleaning and safe food storage
- Assist with food service while providing respectful and efficient customer service

The recipe for success

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Hand, ideally in residential aged care
- Willing to work additional shifts as a Cleaner and Laundry Attendant if required
- Demonstrates initiative, works collaboratively with the team and has strong customer service skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
