Senior FP&A; Analyst | Global Medical Technology | Mascot | $145,000 - $165,000 + Super + 10% Bonus

We are partnering with a global leader to recruit a Senior FP&A; Analyst into their high-performing finance team.

This is a highly commercial FP&A; role with genuine exposure to business leaders. You will act as a trusted finance partner, providing insight and challenge to influence commercial decisions across pricing, performance and growth.

Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, this role will partner closely with senior commercial and sales stakeholders, providing financial insight and analysis to influence business performance and strategic decision-making. It offers excellent exposure to a global organisation with strong career development, internal mobility and a high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with senior sales and business leaders, providing commercial insight and financial challenge
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across key business areas
* Analyse financial performance and identify key trends, risks and opportunities
* Build and maintain financial models, dashboards and performance metrics
* Deliver insightful monthly reporting and present key findings to senior stakeholders
* Provide financial analysis to support business cases, investment decisions and strategic initiatives
* Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support commercial decision-making

About You

* 5+ years' experience across FP&A;,



commercial finance or finance business partnering
* Strong commercial acumen with proven experience partnering with sales or operational teams
* Strong technical capability across budgeting, forecasting, modelling and financial analysis
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
* Advanced Excel skills, with experience using financial systems and BI tools highly regarded
