The team works closely with experts in data, AI, cyber, outsourcing, and digital transformation, offering exposure to some of the most significant transactions and regulatory matters in the country.

Position Description
This Sydney-based role offers the chance to advise on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters, including:

- Telecommunications and infrastructure projects
- Data governance, privacy, and AI-related matters
- Cyber incident response and regulatory engagement
- Tech outsourcing and vendor arrangements
- Digital transformation and business integrations
- Startup and innovation advisory work

You'll work directly with multiple partners and be encouraged to explore areas of personal interest while building strong technical foundations.





Position Requirements

- 3+ years' PQE in a strong TMT practice
- Experience in Australian privacy, cyber, and data protection matters
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex IT and telecommunications contracts
- Strong communication, collaboration, and commercial acumen
- Admission to practise in Australia
