K-Drill is seeking a committed and experienced HSE Advisor to join our Safety team in a full-time, field-based position. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your technical knowledge and leadership to the forefront, coaching and mentoring front-line teams across our sites.

What you’ll be doing:

- Ensure alignment with the K-Drill HSE Management System through on-site coaching and mentoring
- Facilitate and support incident investigations and drive the implementation of corrective actions
- Promote health and safety practices, analyse hazards, and verify the effectiveness of control measures
- Deliver Toolbox Talks and assist in the roll-out of K-Drill Safety Training Programs




- Attend Pre-Shift Instruction (PSI) meetings and lead by example in the field

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
- Certificate IV in Trainer and Assessor
- Previous experience in a similar HSE Advisory role, ideally experienced in underground/surface drilling.
- High-level computer literacy – especially with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using SiteDocs or similar safety management software
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and remotely
