Job Description:
Kerang District Health is currently seeking a highly dedicated, compassionate, and competent Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Kerang District Health. The successful candidate will be integral in providing top-notch healthcare to our valued patients, promoting their wellbeing and creating a positive care environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Assess the health care needs of patients. Is responsible for formulating, implementing and evaluating a plan of care, in partnership with the patient
2. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with all disciplines
3. Supports and participated in evidence-based programs to evaluate and improve the quality of nursing care and patient outcomes.
4. Commits to ongoing professional development of self, other staff and the profession.
Required Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor of Nursing.
2. Current registration with AHPRA.
3. Current and satisfactory Police Check.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patient centered focus, adaptability, respecting diversity, cutting-edge thinking, application of evidence into practice and self management.
6.An awareness of own values and beliefs surrounding healthcare and an ability to identify and respect an alternative view.
7. Proof of vaccination or evidence of immunity against specified infections as required by the Department of Health.
