As Refund Point Supervisor, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Depot Manager by leading a small team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Sorting recyclable items into their correct categories
- Ensure customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return customers
- Cash handling, ensuring the cash float is balanced daily
- Cleaning at all areas of the depot including manual handling tasks
- Ensure staff are adhering to all health and safety procedures and highlighting any hazards/faults/risks
- Continuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction
- Ensure that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.

About you:

- Previous experience leading a small or medium sized team




- Previous customer service, warehouse, hospitality, retail, or relevant industry experience would be highly desirable
- Moderate level of fitness required. The role requires active engagement with customers and the completion of manual handling tasks
- Basic computer skills competency and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- You have a great 'can do' attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions
