About the role

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Fencing leading hand and Labourers to join the team at Qsf Australia. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, QLD As a Fencer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality fencing solutions to our clients. Your expertise in fencing installation, repair, and maintenance will be essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the trades and services industry. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects whilst contributing to the success and growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

- Installing and constructing fencing structures including timber, chainwire, aluminium and other materials to specified designs and dimensions

- Measuring, marking and preparing sites for fencing installation, ensuring accurate placement and alignment

- Following project plans, blueprints and specifications to ensure work meets client requirements and quality standards

- Preparing materials and ensuring all necessary equipment is available and properly maintained for each job

- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and best practices on site

- Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and outcomes

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Fencer or in a similar fencing trade role, with demonstrated competency in fence installation

- Sound knowledge of various fencing materials and techniques, including chainwire, Sliding gate and swing gates

- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in fencing work

- Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour,

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to exact measurements and specifications

- Valid driver's licence





- Current or willingness to obtain relevant safety certifications and licences as required by legislation

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a professional approach to customer interactions

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking responsibility for the quality of your work

- A commitment to health and safety practices and maintaining a clean and organised work site
