? SCHCADS Award LV3 : hourly rates starting from $50.61
? Night shift focus: Working active night shifts: 10.00pm to 6.00am

Your Role
As a Shift Worker at Adele House, you'll be a key part of the team, helping create a secure, respectful and supportive environment for residents. You'll support residents with their day-to-day needs, assist with entry assessments and help ensure the smooth operation of the service. Working alongside our AOD casework, inclusion and counselling teams, you'll contribute to holistic, person-centred support that helps residents move towards their goals.
Your Responsibility
- Support residents in a respectful and non-judgemental way
- Help residents work towards their case plans and connect with services
- Support daily operations, activities and accommodation standards
- Respond calmly and appropriately to challenging situations
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings
- Follow WHS, risk management and safety procedures
Profile description:
You Will Need
- Availability to work atleast 3 active night shifts per week, 10.00pm to 6.00am
- Cert IV in Community Services or relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound judgement and crisis management skills
- Good computer literacy and record-keeping skills
- NSW Driver Licence
