Due to business growth, we're now seeking another experienced Travel Specialist, to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a relationship-driven & experienced Travel Specialist, to share your love of travel with our clients!

About the role
In this Travel Specialist position, you will join a close-knit team of experts to provide exceptional customer service and enable our customers to have amazing travel experiences. You’ll be focused on developing genuine relationships with your clients and peers; and will keep up-to-date knowledge on our tour destinations, to provide informed advice. Striving for excellence is a key driver that leads to success. You’ll be part of a supportive team,



where you’ll be provided with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
Your key responsibilities also include, however aren’t limited to

- Providing personalised customer service and expert travel advice
- Building strong relationships by engaging with clients and agents to understand their needs
- Creating travel experiences on our small group tours, connecting our customers to the world
- Enriching the customer experience, at each step of the journey

About you
Ideally, you will have established experience in a customer service focused role within the travel industry & have a genuine passion for the work that you do. You will be driven by connecting your customers with exceptional travel experiences and will have experience working with a GDS system, such as Amadeus. The successful candidate will thrive working within a collaborative environment and will demonstrate robust organisational skills and an attention to detail.
