ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Website Manager on a 2-Year Fixed Term Contract to join the Digital and Marketing team at Melbourne Park. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, management and continuous improvement of Melbourne Park's public-facing websites, ensuring they deliver engaging, accessible and high-performing digital experiences.

This role owns the end-to-end management of Melbourne Park's websites - from content and user experience through to accessibility, search optimisation, performance, governance and reporting. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external agency partners and a Digital Marketing Advisor, you will drive website innovation, optimise customer journeys and deliver measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy, governance and day-to-day management of Melbourne Park's websites.
- Drive continuous improvement across website performance, user experience, accessibility, search optimisation and content effectiveness.
- Use customer insights, analytics and testing to optimise website performance, engagement and conversion.
- Manage website enhancement projects, technology initiatives and vendor relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee website governance, including accessibility, security and performance reporting, ensuring compliance with best practice.
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to deliver engaging digital campaigns and exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and support the Digital Marketing Advisor while managing external website development and support partners.

ABOUT YOU




You are a digitally savvy website professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You have experience managing websites and digital platforms, using customer insights and analytics to improve performance, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver exceptional online experiences.

You have:

- At least five years' experience managing websites, content management systems and digital content.
- Experience developing and delivering website strategies that improve user experience, accessibility, content and performance.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, website governance, accessibility standards and digital best practice.
- Experience using analytics, customer insights and reporting to drive continuous optimisation and business outcomes.
- Excellent project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing agencies and technology vendors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across technical and non-technical teams.

Desirable:

- Experience with website optimisation techniques, including A/B or multivariate testing, heat mapping and conversion rate optimisation.
- Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems, Monday.com and user experience or design thinking methodologies.
