About the role
This position is responsible for best practice planning, coordinating, monitoring and reporting on Council’s NDIS services as well as delivering Support Coordination for a case load of participants.

In this role you will:

- Deliver high-quality support coordination to NDIS participants, helping them implement their plans, access appropriate supports, and achieve their goals.
- Recruit, supervise, and support NDIS Officers to ensure best practice service delivery and achievement of performance targets.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with participants, families, service providers, government agencies, and community organisations to facilitate effective support outcomes.
- Implement systems, procedures, quality standards, and change initiatives to enhance NDIS service delivery while ensuring compliance with reporting and funding requirements.
- Act as the subject matter expert on NDIS and disability services, educate stakeholders, and monitor participant funding, income, expenditure, and reporting obligations.

with a competitive remuneration package from $108,795.03 plus 12% superannuation.

About you

The successful candidate is someone who has:

- Minimum 1 year experience delivering Support Coordination in NDIS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Community Services using the person-centred approach
- Working with people with mental health issues and those form a culturally and linguistically diverse background to meet their goals

To be considered for this role, you must meet the essential requirements in the Position Description, including:
Qualifications/Licences:

- Minimum Diploma in Social Policy, Community Development, Disability, Community Services or relevant
- Driver’s license
- First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Check
