What Success Looks Like:
Be part of a team that's A CUT ABOVE, we are currently seeking experienced Project Engineers (Underground) for our Australian based Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contract operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Provide engineering and technical support across underground operations to optimise safety, productivity, and cost performance.
- Support the Project Manager in the successful delivery of projects
- Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, reports, progress claims, and contract documentation.
- Monitor operational performance, analyse production data, manage costs and KPIs, and communicate production targets and progress to operational teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimise personnel and equipment utilisation while safely achieving production targets and contractual outcomes.
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders while supporting effective contract administration.
- Maintain accurate operational,
engineering, personnel, and equipment records, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Participate in incident investigations and promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC processes, housekeeping standards, and company safety requirements.
- Utilise Pronto, Microsoft Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite to support planning, reporting, budgeting, and engineering functions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
- Manual driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous underground mining experience, including sufficient underground time to be eligible to obtain a First-Class Mine Manager’s Certificate.
