Are you an experienced Care Manager looking for a senior clinical leadership opportunity within a large residential aged care facility?

We’re partnering with a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider to appoint an experienced Care Manager to join their Canberra team.

The Prospect

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you’ll work as part of a solid clinical leadership structure alongside three Care Managers and an experienced RN team.

You’ll play a key role in:

- Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to RNs, ENs and care staff.
- Driving strong clinical governance, compliance and quality outcomes.
- Monitoring clinical indicators, incidents and care outcomes.
- Supporting and developing your team through coaching and mentorship.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of care.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Previous experience working as a Care Manager within Residential Aged Care
- Strong clinical leadership and people management skills
- A sound understanding of aged care quality, compliance and clinical governance
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
