Secrets by Amaar is a growing luxury jewellery brand on a mission to challenge the traditional diamond industry through more sustainable alternatives to mined diamonds.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help shape how Secrets by Amaar looks, feels and shows up across every customer touchpoint.

The role:

The Graphic Designer plays an important role in shaping the visual expression of Secrets by Amaar. You’ll bring our brand to life across digital and physical channels, from campaigns, social media and eCommerce through to in-store experiences, POS, packaging and marketing collateral.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role based in Teneriffe. You’ll work closely with our marketing and retail teams to bring creative ideas and campaigns to life, while helping ensure our brand remains premium, cohesive and engaging across every touchpoint.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the creative process, not just execute briefs, with exposure to campaign development, content creation, photoshoots, digital, e-commerce and retail production.

Your day-to-day:

- Bring the Secrets by Amaar brand to life across website, EDMs, social media, paid advertising, in-store POS, digital screens and packaging.

- Develop high-quality creative that is visually engaging, commercially relevant and aligned with our brand identity.

- Translate briefs and campaign objectives into thoughtful visual concepts and polished final assets.

- Contribute creative ideas to content planning, photoshoots and social-first content.

- Support the rollout of seasonal, product and promotional campaigns across digital and retail channels.

- Own the design and production of POS and marketing collateral,



working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver projects from concept through to completion.

- Create website and e-commerce assets, including banners and landing page concepts, with a focus on visual presentation and customer experience.

- Maintain organised creative files, templates and production-ready artwork.

What you'll bring:

- Experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within retail, fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle or another premium brand environment.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design across social, EDM, web, campaigns and marketing collateral.

- Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

- Confidence working across both digital and physical production, and an understanding of artwork preparation and print requirements.

- A strong eye for typography, layout, composition, imagery and visual detail.

- The ability to take a brief and turn it into creative that feels considered, on-brand and commercially relevant.

- Robust organisation, communication and time management skills.

- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- A collaborative and curious mindset, with a genuine interest in growing your creative and strategic capability.
