Moncler Chatswood Chase / Sydney Flagship

The Opportunity:

We have a full time Client Advisor position available at either our Chatswood Chase or Sydney Flagship Boutique.

As a Client Advisor, you’ll be at the heart and soul of the Moncler experience. Working alongside a passionate team, you will play a key role in achieving individual sales results and supporting store targets.

We’re looking for luxury retail specialists who are curious, client-focused and collaborative - people who take pride in building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences for every client who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Create memorable client experiences by building genuine, lasting relationships and guiding customers through every step of their Moncler journey - from first contact to after-sales care and clientelling

- Drive strong sales results through exceptional service and product knowledge

- Bring Moncler’s visual standards to life on the shop floor

- Work closely with the stockroom to keep the store running seamlessly,



from stock movement to replenishment

- Be an active, positive team player who brings enthusiasm, energy and pride to every shift

Who you are:

- An experienced luxury retail professional, with at least 2 years’ experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment

- Comfortable working within a structured retail brand, with set targets and KPIs

- Genuinely passionate about the Moncler brand and what it represents

- Naturally client-focused, combining exceptional service with a strong commercial mindset

- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Multilingual skills are highly regarded and considered a plus
