Reports to: General Manager – Operations & Performance
Team: 2 Enrolments Officers
Location: Parramatta - 5 Days in the office
About the Role
MindChamps is looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Enrolments Sales Manager to lead our enrolments function and help drive continued growth across our Early Childhood Education centres.
This is not a purely people-management role. We are looking for an experienced sales leader who enjoys being close to the customer, is comfortable personally managing and converting enrolment opportunities, and can lead a small team by example.
Reporting directly to the General Manager – Operations & Performance, you will lead a team of two Enrolments Officers and work closely with Operations and Marketing to strengthen our enrolment pipeline, improve conversion performance and create a consistent, high-performing sales process.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead and Develop the Enrolments Team
You will lead, coach and develop a team of two Enrolments Officers, creating clear expectations, sales disciplines and accountability for performance.
You will:
- Lead the day-to-day performance of the enrolments team
- Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs whilst also delivering on your own sales KPI's
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and pipeline discussions
- Build a positive, proactive and commercially focused sales culture
- Support the team in managing more complex enrolment opportunities and parent enquiries

About You
You are an experienced sales professional who combines strong commercial instincts with the ability to coach and develop others.
You enjoy being hands-on and are equally comfortable reviewing a sales report, coaching a team member or picking up the phone and speaking directly with a prospective family.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Proven experience in sales, enrolments, business development or a similar customer acquisition role
- Previous experience leading, coaching or supervising a small sales team
- A demonstrated track record of achieving sales or conversion targets
- Strong sales coaching and training capability
- Experience implementing sales KPIs, reporting and pipeline management processes
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical actions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, accountable and results-focused approach
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Operations and Marketing
- Experience within Early Childhood Education, education, childcare or another service-based consumer environment would be highly regarded
