About the role

TRADECO Building is looking for an experienced Carpenter with strong first and second fix skills to join our growing team.

We are a South Australian contractor delivering a mix of commercial and residential projects, from renovations and refurbishments through to fit-outs, remediation and building upgrades.

We have an in-house team of trades, so our carpenters work across a wide range of projects and alongside other skilled trades. No two jobs are exactly the same.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail and knows what a quality finish looks like.

What you'll be doing

- First and second fix carpentry across residential and commercial projects

- Framing, wall and ceiling works

- Doors, frames, skirtings, architraves, cabinetry and hardware

- Kitchen and bathroom fit-outs

- Commercial fit-outs, refurbishments and finishing works

- Residential renovations and upgrades

- General carpentry, repairs and replacement of damaged or weathered timber

- Remediation and maintenance works

- Plasterboard fixing and minor patching

- Working alongside our in-house trades across different projects

- Assisting with other trades where required

- Working independently and taking ownership of your work

- Maintaining a clean, safe and professional work environment

What we're looking for

We're looking for a carpenter who can work independently, solve problems and take pride in delivering a quality job from start to finish.

You'll have:

- Qualification in Carpentry

- White Card

- Current Drivers Licence





- Strong finishing skills and attention to detail

- Experience across residential and/or commercial projects

- The ability to read plans and work through jobs independently

- A practical, problem-solving approach

- A reliable and professional attitude

- The ability to work well as part of a team
