The Operations Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Operations team to ensure the efficient day to day running of fleet, transport, warehouse and field operations. The role assists with workforce coordination, vehicle movements, equipment management, compliance activities and general operational administration.

The Service Delivery/Operations team is responsible for the training support and management of all aspects of the national towing and transport business and network within the Nationwide Group in line with customer KPIs, Safe Work Procedures and budget and other objectives. They are responsible for providing sufficient, quality resources to enable to the provision of safe, reliable, efficient and high-quality service that meet and exceed customer expectations, whilst preserving the contractor model and balancing contractor expectations as well as costs to maximise profit.

As Operations Support Coordinator, you will:

- Provide day to day support to the operations team
- Monitor TTO performance to ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
- Ensure the seamless delivery of all operations
- Coordinating resources and resolving issues as they arise
- Assistance with audits reporting and operational documentation
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to inform decision making
- Assist the Operations Manager with overflow workload to improve response and action times
- Maintain operational records, documentation and reporting
- Support with coordination of documentation relating to any safety or compliance issues, assisting with investigations, corrective actions and compliance reporting as required
- Respond to operational enquiries and coordinate follow up actions
- Liaise with operators regarding operational requirements, documentation and compliance matters.
- Support the implementation of operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives

About You





You'll be a confident proactive coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and has a genuine passion for improving fleet performance.

You will also bring:

- Formal qualification in business (Desirable but not Essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with operational strategy with proven KPI achievements
- Driver's license required
- Forklift licence or willing to obtain (Desirable but not Essential)
- Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or operational support
- Strong background in administration support
- Experience in monitoring and supporting KPIs
