What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our preventative maintenance operations, coordinating works across multiple sites and ensuring clients receive a high level of service.





Your day will include:

- Coordinating preventative maintenance programs across multiple sites nationally

- Scheduling and prioritising planned maintenance works

- Managing work orders from creation through to completion

- Maintaining accurate asset, maintenance and service records

- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, technicians and internal teams

- Proactively following up outstanding works and resolving issues

- Monitoring jobs against client requirements and KPI timeframes

- Supporting reporting, audits and data quality checks

- Ensuring works are delivered in line with WHS and site requirements

- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and takes ownership.

You’ll ideally bring:

- 2–3 years’ experience in service coordination, planned maintenance scheduling, facilities administration or a similar role

- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data

- Excellent organisation and time management skills

- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach

- Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Experience with CRM, facilities or maintenance management systems
