About The Role

We’re now seeking a driven, people-focused and customer service driven Team Leader in our Moonee Ponds Showroom. Working alongside the Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every bride who walks through our doors. Leading by example on the showroom floor, you’ll support and inspire the team to deliver warm, personalised and elevated service, while ensuring every bride feels confident, celebrated and cared for throughout her appointment. You’ll also help keep the showroom running smoothly by supporting appointment flow, team coordination, stock organisation and gown presentation, while maintaining a polished, welcoming environment and contributing to overall showroom performance.

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role

- Highly organised with strong operational and administrative capability





- Confident and skilled communicator with exceptional people skills

- Naturally supportive leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Passionate about delivering elevated customer experiences and maintaining premium service standards

- Adaptable, reliable, and confident navigating systems and operational processes

- Must have availability to work Sunday-Thursday roster
