Camplify has already disrupted the way people travel.

Now, they're building something equally ambitious in insurance.

MyWay is Camplify's own insurance offering, created specifically for the RV-sharing market – a market traditional insurance products weren't built to understand.

It's young. It's growing. And there is plenty still to figure out.

That's exactly why this role exists.

We're looking for a Head of Underwriting to take ownership of MyWay's underwriting strategy and turn a relatively young insurance product into a sustainable and profitable part of the Camplify business.

You won't walk into a huge underwriting team, a decades-old playbook or a perfectly polished product.

You'll get something much more interesting.

The opportunity to build.

The Role

This is a newly shaped leadership role with ownership across the full underwriting and product lifecycle.

You'll understand the numbers deeply – risk, pricing, portfolio performance and product viability – but you'll also understand the humans behind them.

Why are customers buying? Where are the pain points? What are claims and customer behaviour telling us? What are competitors doing?

And if we change this price, protection level or underwriting setting by a percentage point… what happens?

You'll use those insights to evolve MyWay – getting into the data,



refining the risk matrix, reviewing pricing, understanding claims trends and gathering feedback directly from RV owners.

The objective is clear – make MyWay profitable and build it into a significant revenue stream for Camplify.

Who We're Looking For

You know insurance inside out.

You might be an Underwriting Manager, Portfolio Manager, Product Manager or Analyst, Senior Underwriter or actuarial professional who's ready to take the next step.

Or you may already lead an underwriting function but want somewhere you can have far greater influence.

Either way, we're less interested in the size of the team you've managed and more interested in what you've built, improved and owned.

You'll ideally bring robust knowledge of underwriting, pricing, portfolio management and product development, along with the commercial curiosity to understand the customer and market behind the numbers.

Experience within an insurer, underwriting agency / MGA or similarly entrepreneurial insurance environment would be particularly valuable.

Actuarial training would be highly regarded, but it's not essential.

What matters more?

You get into the weeds. Ask good questions. Understand the numbers.



Spot the opportunity. Make a recommendation. Explain it simply. And then help make it happen.

You'll need strong interpersonal skills too.

MyWay touches almost every corner of the business, so your ability to influence the CFO, CTO, Marketing, Operations, Claims and the Board will matter just as much as your technical insurance capability.
