Machine Operators – Day Shift | Redbank

We're recruiting for a well-established manufacturer in the Redbank area that continues to grow and invest in its production team.

The Role

As a Machine Operator, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently while ensuring quality products are produced to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

- Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process

- Loading and unloading materials using forklifts and overhead cranes where licensed

- Completing basic production and quality documentation

- Working with your team to achieve daily production targets

About You

We're looking for people who are:





- Experienced in manufacturing, production or heavy industrial environments

- Safety conscious with a strong focus on quality

- Mechanically minded and willing to learn new equipment

- Reliable and committed to long-term employment

- Able to work well as part of a team

No manufacturing experience? That's OK! We're also happy to consider candidates without workshop experience, with full training provided for the right people.
