MANAGEMENT ROLES

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional floor manager role.

Working closely with our Restaurant Owners, you’ll take ownership of the guest experience, lead service from the floor and help develop a high-performing team that delivers consistently exceptional hospitality.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who genuinely enjoys leading people, loves great food and wine, and thrives in a busy service environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead lunch and dinner service with confidence, energy and a strong floor presence

• Create memorable guest experiences and build genuine relationships with regulars

• Lead, coach and develop our Front of House team

• Drive service standards, consistency and attention to detail

• Manage bookings and help maximise the overall dining experience

• Assist with rostering, stock control and day-to-day operations

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service

• Lead by example and remain hands-on throughout service

• Help build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

About You

You’ll be someone who leads from the floor rather than the office.

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a quality or premium restaurant

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Strong food and wine knowledge

• Excellent leadership and communication skills





• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• The ability to remain calm, positive and solutions-focused during busy service

• A hands-on, team-first approach

• A current RSA

• A genuine desire to develop people and build a great team

SENIOR WAITING STAFF

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Senior Wait Staff who are confident running a section, passionate about food and wine, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.

As part of our Front of House team, you’ll look after your section and ensure every guest has a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Our service style is relaxed, warm and genuine, while being exacting in how we deliver it. We want our team to build genuine rapport with guests, anticipate their needs and always look for opportunities to go the extra mile.

To Be Successful, You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ hospitality experience

• Experience in a busy restaurant, wine bar, bistro or similar quality venue

• Confidence managing a section throughout busy services

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests

• A genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality

• Solid wine knowledge, with the ability to make thoughtful recommendations

• An understanding of food and wine pairing, or a genuine desire to learn

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

• A professional, positive and upbeat attitude

• A team-first mindset and willingness to get involved

BAR STAFF

About the Role





We’re looking for experienced Bar Staff who are hands-on, creative and passionate about delivering an exceptional bar and guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous cocktail bartending experience in a busy, quality-focused venue and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a strong team.

You’ll bring energy, creativity and attention to detail to the bar, while ensuring every guest receives warm, knowledgeable and professional service.

To Be Successful, You’ll Bring

• Previous bartending experience, with cocktail experience highly regarded

• Experience in a busy restaurant, cocktail bar, wine bar or similar venue

• A robust work ethic and hands-on approach

• A genuine passion for cocktails, wine, spirits and hospitality

• Good product knowledge and a willingness to continue learning

• Strong communication and guest engagement skills

• The ability to remain organised and composed during busy services

• Creativity and attention to detail

• A positive, professional and team-first attitude

• A genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests
