What we are looking for:
- Natural Leader and Trade qualified chef ready to lead from the front.
- Experience with commercial responsibilities including rosters, cost control and performance.
- Strong understanding of compliance, WHS and food safety
- Strong menu planning, costing and stock control skills with a clear focus on food costs and gross profit.
- An ability to compile kitchen rosters to manage workflow and labor with trading demand and budget.
- Train, supervise and mentor all kitchen team members providing a positive team culture.
- Great liaison with the front of house to ensure smooth service and resolve any feedback.
