Located in Sydney CBD, NSW 2000, Primi Italian is currently seeking a skilled Trade Waiter to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting and seating customers while providing friendly, professional, and attentive table service.
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff.
Serving food and drinks in accordance with restaurant standards and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
Preparing dining areas before service and ensuring tables are cleaned and reset efficiently.
Processing customer payments and handling point-of-sale transactions accurately.
Recommending menu items, daily specials, and beverages while responding to customer enquiries.
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.




Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

About you
At least one year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced restaurant workplace.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Skilled presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

Salary: $75,000 - $83,000 per annum.
