What You'll Be Doing

As a Team Leader, you'll help bring joy to our guests by:
Welcoming every guest with a smile and delivering friendly, genuine service.
Scooping and preparing our delicious ice cream, shakes, sundaes and desserts to our quality standards.
Helping guests discover new flavours and making recommendations they'll love.
Leading the team during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth store operations.
Making confident decisions and working closely with business managers.
Maintaining our high food safety and hygiene standards.
Bringing positive energy and helping create a fun team setting every shift.

What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you:




Love making people smile.
Have a positive attitude, can lead by example and work well coaching our younger team members. and enjoy working with others.
Are reliable, motivated and ready to learn.
Thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
Take pride in delivering great customer service.
Can work Thursday - Mondays.
We are looking for someone with a similar level of responsibility and experience in another retail food outlet.
