The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Test Bench Operator with robust Caterpillar knowledge to join our agile team. This position involves testing, diagnosing and undertaking minor repairs on a wide variety of components and systems.

Key Responsibilities
Operate test benches for transmissions, torque converters, scabs, hydraulic controls and DCV’s.




Test a broad range of components to ensure performance and compliance.
Diagnose faults and carry out minor repairs as required.
Accurately record test results and maintain documentation.
Work collaboratively with workshop and quality teams to ensure turnaround times and standards are met.

What You’ll Need
Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical
Current Driver’s Licence
High Risk Licence – LF (Forklift)
Strong understanding of transmissions, torque converters, hydraulic controls/DCV’s.
Reliable and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
