About the Role

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Based at our front office and showroom area, you will be the engine room of our estimating and customer service department. This is a agile, multi-faceted role where you will balance front-of-house customer service, robust administration, coordination, and direct support for our specialist Estimators.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimator & Sales Support: Review, qualify, and log new quote requests and tender enquiries. You will review client information, schedules and documents, and manage showroom appointments.

Workflow Coordination: Manage production timelines, assist estimators with quote follow-ups, and track job variations

Administration: Raise sales orders, generate invoices, process transactions, follow up on outstanding payments, and complete end-of-month reconciliations using the Frameworks system.

Front of House & Reception:



Act as the face of AllKind Joinery-welcoming walk-in clients, managing the incoming phone lines/inbox, directing deliveries, and maintaining a pristine showroom environment.

What We Are Looking For:

Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a business support or administrative role, ideally within the building, construction, trade sales, or manufacturing sectors.

Tech Savvy: Robust digital literacy with experience (or a proven ability to quickly learn) systems like Freshsales, Smartsheets, Monday.com, and ERP software (Frameworks experience is a major plus).

Sharp Attention to Detail: Exceptional data entry accuracy for financial processing and order logging.

Top-Tier Communication: An articulate, professional phone manner and the ability to confidently influence and communicate with internal teams, builders, and suppliers.
