CareChoice is expanding its Mobile Rapid Response Team across Victoria and seeks experienced Disability Support Workers who thrive in rapid-paced environments.
You’ll work across Metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria, assisting with hospital discharges, emergency placements and provider changes, delivering person-centred care and supporting families.
Permanent part time roles are available (minimum 20 hours per fortnight) with travel across Victoria, accommodation and meal allowances provided.
