About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the delivery team on a major commercial recent build project in Mandurah. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a landmark development, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring safety, quality, and program objectives are achieved.

Duties and responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Manage and oversee subcontractors, trades, and labour onsite.




Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues and delays.
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, site policies, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to coordinate construction activities.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and experience required
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on large-scale commercial projects.
Previous experience delivering mega commercial builds highly regarded.
Robust leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades onsite.
Sound knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and compliance.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
