Xero is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Melbourne to own end-to-end data science projects for our flagship product areas. You will frame problems, run analyses and productionise models that influence conversion, retention and outcomes for small businesses and advisors.
You will mentor junior scientists, collaborate across product, data engineering and design, and apply contemporary AI tooling and automation to accelerate impact while maintaining scientific rigour.
