We’re looking for a skilled and personable barber to join our team at [culture cutz]. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality grooming services while providing a outstanding customer experience in a clean and welcoming environment.
Perform haircuts, shaves, fades, beard trims, and other grooming services
Consult with clients to understand their desired style and recommend suitable options
Sanitize and maintain tools and workstations according to health and safety guidelines
Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Maintain a skilled appearance and positive attitude
Help keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Valid barber license (state-specific)
Proven experience as a barber or in a similar role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and a passion for grooming
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
