A successful FP&A; Analyst should have:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
A background in accounting,
finance, or a related field.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
