The Role

Support Worker

Support participants in SIL homes and the community to live independently.

You'll assist with:
Daily living & personal care
Community access & transport
Household tasks & meal preparation

You'll be supporting individuals with complex needs - so resilience, empathy and professionalism are essential.

About You





Support Workers:
Empathetic, reliable and versatile (Must be able to work sleepovers)
Solid documentation skills - Digital shift notes & Incident Reports
Cert III preferred (not essential for the right candidate)
Experience required

Before commencing, you must hold (or be willing to obtain at your own expense):
QLD Working with Children Card (No Card/No Start)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (No Card/No Start)
First Aid & CPR
Valid Driver's Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
NDIS Worker Orientation & Safe and Enjoyable Meals Modules
