We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller & Receiver with robust stock control knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
This is an ongoing opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and takes pride in maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock investigations and adjustments
Performing inventory maintenance using MFG Pro
Processing and verifying inbound stock receipting
Running inventory reports and investigating discrepancies
Liaising with key stakeholders regarding stock issues
Assisting with stocktakes and inventory audits
Maintaining HACCP food safety standards
Identifying warehouse layout improvements and reporting recommendations
Supporting warehouse operations with stock-related enquiries
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in Inventory Control or Receiving
Strong understanding of inventory management systems (MFG Pro experience highly regarded)
Intermediate computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in a warehouse or food distribution environment (preferred)
