About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure new projects within the construction sector. The role involves developing client relationships and expanding our presence in curtain wall and façade projects.

You will work closely with builders, developers, and contractors, managing prospects from initial contact through to contract execution.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and secure recent business opportunities
Build strong relationships with builders, developers, and contractors
Promote curtain wall and façade solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
Work with internal teams to support project delivery
Travel as required to meet clients and attend project sites

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
Experience in curtain wall / façade systems highly regarded
Proven business development or sales experience
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel as required
Valid driver’s license
