About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at United Radiology Essendon. In this full time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all our patients and visitors. The position is based in our Essendon, VIC 3040 office.

What you'll be doing
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the reception desk and answer incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed
Maintain a neat and organised reception area
Assist with other duties as required to support the smooth running of the practice

What we're looking for
Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using computer systems and office equipment
