Senior Cost Manager | Major Projects | International Consultancy

I'm currently supporting a leading international consultancy as they continue to expand their Cost Management team across Sydney.

With a solid pipeline of mission-critical, commercial and major infrastructure projects, they're looking to appoint Cost Managers at a range of levels. The role will suit individuals who enjoy working closely with clients, providing commercial and cost management expertise from early-stage feasibility and cost planning through to project delivery.

Responsibilities
Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies across all project stages.
Develop benchmarking, cost modelling and procurement strategies.
Manage tender documentation, tender evaluations and contract recommendations.
Provide commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and negotiate variations, change management and final accounts.




Support multiple high-value projects across the Data Centre, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.

What we're looking for
Experience as a Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost Manager.
Consultancy or major contractor background.
Robust cost planning and pre-contract capability.
Experience producing cost plans, estimates and tender documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Data Centre or MEP exposure highly regarded, but not essential.
