About The Role
We are seeking a Chef de Partie with a solid background in grilling. You’ll be responsible for managing the grill section, maintaining high food quality, and working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a memorable Italian dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the grill section during service.
Ensure all dishes meet high standards.
Support the team and mentor junior staff.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance.

Proven experience in a CDP role.
Passion for Italian cuisine and grilling techniques.
