Project Coordinator | Data Centre Project | Ongoing Contract

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator looking to join one of Australia's leading commercial builders on a landmark project?

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join a highly regarded Tier 1 commercial contractor, supporting the delivery of a major data centre project located in Melbourne's western suburbs.

This is an ongoing contract opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of one of Melbourne's most significant data centre developments.

Your responsibilities will include
Coordinating project documentation and maintaining accurate project records
Managing RFIs, drawings, subcontractor documentation and project correspondence
Assisting with procurement and contract administration processes
Supporting project reporting, scheduling and stakeholder communication
Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and the site team to keep the project running efficiently




Ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant throughout the project lifecycle

About You To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within commercial construction
Robust organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience working on large-scale commercial, industrial or data centre projects (preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced project workplace
