As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled and reliable Wall and Floor Tiler to join our team. The Role We're seeking an experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to carry out tiling work across a variety of residential and commercial projects.
You’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, laying tiles to a high standard, and ensuring every job meets our quality and safety expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and lay wall and floor tiles (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and mosaic)
Prepare and level surfaces prior to tiling, including waterproofing where required
Read and interpret plans and job specifications accurately
Apply adhesives, grout, and sealants correctly and efficiently
Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and workplace safety requirements
Maintain a clean and organised worksite
Liaise professionally with clients, site supervisors, and other trades
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler or relevant trade qualification (Certificate or Certificate IV in Wall and Floor Tiling) plus 1 or 2 years working experience
Robust attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes
Sound knowledge of waterproofing practices and Australian building codes
Sound knowledge of the Raimondi Levelling System (RLS) to lay tiles
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
White Card (construction induction card)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive communication skills and a qualified, reliable attitude
