About the Role
As Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel during overnight hours, completing end-of-day financial processes, and providing outstanding service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight shifts
Manage late check-ins and early departures
Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions
Prepare financial and operational reports
Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Monitor hotel security and safety procedures
Process reservations and maintain accurate guest records
Support administrative tasks and prepare the hotel for the morning team
About You
Previous hotel front office, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred
Solid communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and confidently
Experience with hotel management systems is advantageous
Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
