Welcome to SOLID Pilates – an elite Pilates Studio focused on Strength and Conditioning and inspired by Cardio.

STRONG Pilates is an innovative concept. With its own Academy (we will fund this!), becoming a Pilates Instructor at STRONG means obtaining a unique qualification – leading to an increased and highly regarded skillset, and more earning potential!

STRONG Pilates at Springfield are looking for Instructors to join their team in the coming weeks!

Our Instructors at STRONG play a vital role at our Studios through their delivery of classes that align with STRONG guidelines, inspire, and make a positive difference to individual lives and our community as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring OH&S; Standards are always upheld
Delivering classes in alignment to SOLID standards
Facilitating a supportive, nurturing and client focused atmosphere

Knowledge & Experience:
Strong interest in Pilates and desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
Some experience instructing or coaching Group Fitness Classes
Minimum two years of experience in a Client / Customer facing role
Exceptional communication – written and verbal

Requirements:




One of the following: Certificate III in Fitness or Dance, Lagree Training Certificate, Reformer Pilates Qualification
Experience facilitating Group Fitness
First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
Insurance (or willing to obtain)
Blue Card (or willing to obtain)

Join Our Team: The next STRONG Academy is coming up, and to become a qualified Instructor full attendance is essential. Please see the dates below:

ROBUST West End

Week 1 - 11, 12, 13 Sept (10am - 4.30pm each day)

Week 2 - 18, 19, 20 Sept (10am - 4.30pm each day)

If you are unable to commit to these dates, but are genuinely interested in joining us, please still apply, but mention in your Cover Letter that you are unable to attend the upcoming Academy. We can reach back in the coming months.
