Temporary HR Administrator / Administrator

Are you looking for a diverse role where you can make an immediate impact? My client is looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator or experienced Administrator to join our Business Services team on a temporary basis.

This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day HR administration with the chance to review and improve HR systems, processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
Supporting onboarding, contracts and employee documentation
Coordinating training, probation reviews and employee lifecycle activities
Producing HR reports and management information
Providing general HR and office administration support
Auditing employee data across HR systems




Identifying and supporting process and system improvements
Assisting with HR system administration and development
Supporting payroll administration where required

About You
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Experienced in HR administration or a general administrative role
Confident using business systems and Microsoft Office
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information
A proactive problem-solver with solid communication skills
