Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and farewell all guests with genuine hospitality
Maintain a well-organised and effective host station, ensuring smooth communication with the service team.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or special requests.
Assist the floor team in service and enquiries
Keep an up-to-date knowledge of menus, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest queries confidently

Qualifications
Two years previous experience as a host/hostess in a luxury or lifestyle establishment




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable manner
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Confident in using SevenRooms and POS systems (preferred)
Ability to remain calm, skilled, and engaging in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
